A new residential tower within Ayala Land Premier's Park Terraces is fast taking shape, offering the same "sense of escape" and "classic feel" that homeowners of the first building will soon enjoy. Park Terraces is a step closer to an all-new Ayala Center in Makati City, as a part of the residential district that is a new incarnation of a 10-year Php20 billion reinvestment program in Ayala Center.
The launch of Park Terraces' second tower last October 24 comes after the success of the first tower, which started pre-selling January 2010. The first tower has since sold some 93 percent of its 370 spacious units.

"Over the first weekend of January, we were able to sell some P4 billion worth of condominium units - something that has never happened before."
Because of the brisk business, the launch of the second tower was moved forward to October of this year, instead of the initial plan of next year. Turnover of units from the first tower begins in 2015, while the ones in the second tower begin 2016.
According to Gil, Park Terraces' point tower will stand 60-storeys high, taller than the first and third ones, which are essentially twin towers at 49 storeys each.
"The clamor for us to move forward the launch of the second tower reinforces the trust in Ayala Land Premier and in the country's booming real estate at large," said Eunice Acejo, Ayala Land Premier's Marketing Head.
People are now more aware of the impact they have on the environment, Gil said, and Park Terraces' design and architecture allows its residents to live a more "responsible lifestyle".
The Park Terraces' design uses a lot of natural light and ventilation, which saves on energy, uses more sustainable finishes such as engineered wood; incorporates a master keycard feature which helps manage electricity consumption. These are just some of the design features, which encourage sustainable living practices.
"Technology has evolved so much in recent years and is still evolving at a rapid pace that it has allowed us today to include enhancements in our developments that truly bring our properties to the next level," she said.
Interested individuals can choose among the following: 1-bedroom units (which range from approximately 65-84 square meters); 1-bedroom deluxe units (which range from approximately 105-117 square meters); 2-bedroom units (ranging from approximately 118-144 square meters); and 3-bedroom units (ranging from approximately 182-188 square meters).
There are also the Junior Penthouse units (only four for the entire building) and the super exclusive deluxe penthouse units (with only two units for the entire building).
What makes the point tower of Park Terraces more special is what's at the topmost level. When completed, Club Rooms facing the Makati Skyline and the Manila Bay can accommodate up to 120 people-perfect for any social event and gatherings.
